IREM Trailblazer Award
The IREM Greater Phoenix Trailblazer Award recognizes forward-thinking property management professionals who redefine what’s possible in the field. Trailblazers lead by example, pioneering new approaches in asset management, tenant engagement, sustainability, and technology.
Award Criteria (Nominations Closed)
This award welcomes nominations from all property management professionals, regardless of their affiliation with IREM Greater Phoenix. (The IREM Greater Phoenix Board of Directors are not eligible for nomination.)
Nominees for the Trailblazer Award should exemplify:
- Innovation & Industry Leadership
- Implements forward-thinking solutions in property or asset management.
- Leverages technology, data, or creative programs to improve tenant satisfaction, building performance, or community impact.
- Mentorship & Professional Growth
- Guides and inspires the next generation of property management leaders.
- Contributes to the advancement of the profession through training, development, or advocacy.
- Community & Legacy Impact
- Leaves a measurable and lasting impact on the Phoenix property management community.
- Demonstrates a career marked by courage, vision, and advancement of industry standards.

Nomination Process
- Who Can Nominate? Colleagues, employers, clients, or peers.
- Submission Requirements:
- Nominee and nominator information.
- A 250–500 word statement outlining the nominee’s trailblazing contributions.
- Optional: case studies, testimonials, or awards earned.

Recognition
The recipient will be recognized at the IREM Greater Phoenix Trailblazer Award Celebration on Tuesday, August 25, 2026. Their story will be shared widely across IREM Phoenix channels to inspire future leaders in property management.
